The answer to that has never been a mystery...Perl
Using engines to cheat:
- It is not ethical,
- It is useless, nothing is gained (how can one be proud of a score earn with dishonesty?)
- You will be baned, sooner or later,
- It gives us (the true chess engine players) a bad reputation.

The regular (reg ex )was very strong in perl , but being a open source a lot of lang copied it and further improved it .
THe lang benefited were python , c #,PHP, javascript .
The entire source code of yay is based on regex .ie retrieving moves by regex from net and feeding our moves once when you enter ?http://www.autochess.com/forum/posting. ... 74278ad078#
