Within few days I will be releasing YaYp 1.2.0
Since I do not have ways to play at this moment, all I can do is be sure that it connects to the chess room. Others will need to test it(Everything should be OK since nothing change with POGO other than the login mechanism).
There a few changes from previous version. Because I an now on Linux, I have to remove all the the crap related to Windows, like the sound and the capability to list Winboard shurtcuts.
Most important and most people wont like, there is no room selection, YaYp will go directly to only one room and that room is "Deep Fritz".
I am doing this because I own it to a good friend and fellow developer, the thruth is that I do not see a future, today the infamous Clockwork Orange had only 15 players. The only future it will be it we communicate with each other via messengers and such and say when we are going to be connected and waiting for a good game of chess.
Anyway, if somebody is interested stay tuned... I will be release it maybe tomorrow, but depending on things it can take a little longer.

No bro... I compile the executable under Windows 7 64 bit, but strawberry perl is 32 bits (I think).

I know what happened. I created the exe and tested and worked OK... then I change the icon to the YaYp icon but I did not test. I done this before but for some reason it did not work this time. Anyway, I created a new exe and this time I did not change the icon so now YaYp.exe looks like a camel. I am not goin to waste time on this so is going to stay looking like a camel

I facing the same adam's problem. Here are pictures showing my problem in 1st YaYp and 2nd YaYp.

I do not why this is happening. Like a mention before, I am compiling and testing on Windows 7. Probably on my computer works because perl has SSleay. I will create a new executable after a take a shower

ActiveSate made changes that makes very dificult to install certain modules, for this reason I switched to Starwberry perl, also, instead of using ActiveState to create the executable, now I use PAR::Packer, which I just read does not pack everything into the executable. In my case, because I have perl installed, whatever the executable is missing it finds it somewhere on my computer.
I though this was going to be an easy fix but is not, now I am very late for work, so I will continue this after work this evening. Please do not install anything else, do not install perl, do not install SSLeay. We need to make this work in a way that will execute out of the box without needing to install additional software. Please PM me your SKYPE contact info and best time to reach you so we can work together on this matter.

OK, this time I tested on my wife's computer and started seeing the same errors. I had to pack YaYp.exe with for additional dlls (LIBEAY32 was just the first one that made the program abort).
I uploaded to mediafire and edited the downloa link.
Should work ok now.
I forgot to mention, this new version has no expiration time.

I just gave it a try in wine: Cant locate Win32.pm in @inc (you may need to install the Win32 module). My guess is wine is too different. I guess we will have to come up with another solution.
