Where to find GUI updates for Fritz 13

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me where i can get setup files for Fritz-13 GUI Updates ? I prefer the offline setup files over the in-program updates as the offline setup files can be stored and used later as & when needed.
I found one such a link where the GUI updates for Deep Fritz 13 are available.

One thing i need to ask at this point : Can the GUI updates for Deep Fritz 13 be applied on Fritz-13 ?? Kindly suggest..
