Hi..how to update the tao.bak book for Chess Buddy...
i think no matter what engines we use, the opening book is the tao.bk file..

ChessBUffy is....well just that.....chessbuffy !!!!! The worst( even worst that chessy) method of autoplaying in YAhoo!!!!!

Playbuddy, the authors of chessbuffy,I mean, chessbudy, needed an official legal engine so they woudnt get law swuit in the future. So they went searching/hunting for a kinda decent but fairly cheap engine...just like anything else about playbuddy(they are cheap). SO, they found tao, UCI....and book included ( I bet they gave no more than 50 dollars to its owners for the TAO rights.....SO, that's what you get with the paid or cracked chessbuffy....a cheap UCI engine, with only god knows what type or book format.

Suggestiion: Change to something better !!!!!

You can try YaY + Fritz or YaY + Poly the best ones...

Yes of course, that's what we are here for, just do your best and search this forum first for the answers to your question, more than likely it has been asked and answered before. Also, post question in the correct part of the forum, and last but not least: read my signature !!!!!
