About Importing Book

I read the forum dated 24 May 2008, lord_Sebzyy wanted to know..........If I import lots of book ctg in Fritz 11 is it good ?? and

dene replied..........No, ... simply importing books straight into other books is not the best way to get a strong opening book.

But there was no mention what is the way to make strong book with importing book .

Anybody know the way??
