No Auto-232 1.0 under Tools, Connect Hardware

Somebody reported having a similar problem before but i coudnt find the topic.

This is what happened to me tonite, I had Fritz10 installed and I installed Fritz 11 lite(thx elias) but when I tried to run it, it gave me an error, and I uninstalled it.

The funny thing is that next time I ran Fritz 10, my Auto-232 1.0 option under Tools, Connect Hardware it was no longer there.

To get it back, I had to uninstall and reinstall Fritz 10. Everything is working OK now.

I am sharing this experience in the hope that some day it will be useful to somebody.

i try install again and again...still auto 232 not show...has something to do with my p/c...is there any to fix this problem?

Install what?

Also, do no accept all the defaults... you need to select Auto 232, and if is nowhere to be selected from and is not there after installation, then you have to install it manually. Search the forum, someone posted a program that install Auto 232; I think was eliasgino or elcriollito.
