An explanation is in order.
Yahoo's java applet detects when a table is private and "grays out" the sit buttons, therefore human players can not sit in a protected table unless they are invited by the host.
YaY does not have this limitation (at least not for now) and it can sit and play in protected tables.
The new YaY version (3.2.4) now by default creates the tables with the "protected" status, it also changes to protected when YaY becomes host. With this change hopefully we will get rid of annoying human assholes.

Using engines to cheat:
- It is not ethical,
- It is useless, nothing is gained (how can one be proud of a score earn with dishonesty?)
