I hope u r fine. Please, how about creating a new section called "News" for instance, where our moderators can mention all the newest news (just the newest one) about yay, stuci, chessy, uci, engines, books, etc..., and all that concern the forum. that way, members can be informed about and will be in position to follow instructions of our moderators.
if the idea is not useful let it simply fall! have a good day g00dtr.

I think we wont need such a section. Because we can already let the others hear the news by openning new threads under the sections
