1. Forum participants must check if the subject exists or not in the Forum before opening a new thread. To do this, searching feature of Forum can be used. Forums including same name and same discussion can not be opened.
2. Administrators can not manage every message. Please inform administrators who are responsible for that section if you meet an improper message.
3. Using capital letters when writing a message means shouting. For this reason, do not use capital letters.
4. Title of the thread must be selected to explain the subject (titles including help, please, urgent expressions and may be deleted without warning).
5. The threads must be written under relevant sections.
6. Selecting immoral user names, writing political signatures, advertising are forbidden.
7. Memberships of the members may be cancelled when members do not use the Forum for 6 months.
8. Sending irregular mails and messages to the Forum and Session Administrators is absolutely forbidden.
9. If administrators decide that the post is not relevant to the subject, they can transfer it to the relevant part or delete. Deleting or answering the objection posts is under the authority of administrator. In addition, new threads which have continuity or the same content of the thread closed by warning can not be opened.
10. Forum administration forbid to enter the Forum and delete all the messages of users who use more than one nickname and tell opinions to the same subject as if he was another person.
Furthermore, if same user applies with more than one e-mail address and writes with different names, the user will be banned and all posts related to him/her will be deleted.
11. Participants, who do not obey the rules, can not write to the Forum. Their participations may be hindered without warning.
12. Illegal programs, cracks and links which contain these subjects and also opening a thread or sending a post about them are absolutely forbidden at the forum! (Also forbidden in PM)
13. Members can post links to other forums with relevant information, but can not use this forum to advertise other forums. (PS Member in his FIRST post is not allowed post links to other forums)
14. Members should not make use of the Private Messages system (PM)/or the FORUM itself to invite(or advertise) other members to join other forums.
The Forum Rules can always be modified and they will be valid after modification, too. Users don't have the right to claim that they did not read or see the rules!
