Where is the settings to say my program to move more faster than it makes?

Polyglot.ini (configuration file).

Time buffer should be 10-15 in most cases.

YaY.cfg file, fasttime between 10-20

but making your engine move faster will make it weaker,however 10-15 time buffer its usually used for 1/0 games .
