Deep Hiarcs 12 is coming out at the end of March. After reading through the forums, this could be the strongest engine, even passing rybka 2.3.2a until the release of rybka 3 (anyone know the release date?)

If you are using Vista and cant get a program to open, one solution is....Right click and hit "run as administrator"

The thing that i noticed is that YaY is more for 2mn or longer, where as chessbuddy is much more suited for 1mn games

I would say , joe and vottavaini2000 have good books... Not played fred very often (just 2 games)but yes he killed me straight out of book playing whites (eco:b97) ones. offcourse dene has everything very strong,:-) And yes chesstango3 has a book which can be lethal as well as very weak sometimes.....
